Since its inception, South Shore Country Club has provided thousands of golfers with the opportunity to enjoy the exceptional design and quality conditions of this magnificent course. Designed in 1922 by golf architect Wayne Stiles, the course features the classic design style characteristic of the time. Elevated greens and varying topography provide a unique and ever changing golfing experience. SSCC Membership Information
The privileges of membership include the ability to book tee times ten days in advance of the day you would like to play, no initiation fees, no food and beverage minimums, discounts in the pro shop, complimentary bucket of practice balls prior to play, complimentary golf clinics, member appreciation outing, play in New England Section tournaments with our PGA Professional and the opportunity to join the Men's Golf Association. Over the course of the season these groups conduct numerous tournaments, open to members only. South Shore Country Club limits the number of prime time members to 150 and 100 for a restricted membership.  

SSCC MGA Membership Information
All male permit holders are eligible to be members of the SSCCMGA. The SSCCMGA is established for the purpose of promoting and coordinating golfing, recreational and social activities at the South Shore Country Club, Hingham, Massachusetts on behalf of and for the benefit of male permit holders who are members of said Association. Association yearly dues shall be established by the Board of Directors. Only permit holders who have fully paid their dues will be eligible to participate in Association tournaments or other activities sponsored by the Association.
